Asher's 1st St. Patty's Day

Aunt Carolyn came to visit for a few days and helped us out with Asher. We had a GREAT time! Asher loves his auntie--and so do we! She made us dinner every night and spoiled us all rotten. After watching him all day she even watched him last night so that Kev and I could go have a St. Patty's Day Beer together! What a treat:) Her timing was perfect as I had a training to go to for work today. I am home with Asher tomorrow and a friend is coming over to watch Asher for a few hours on Friday while I facilitate a "Friendraiser" at Crisis Call Center. It really does take a village, doesn't it!? Asher is so lucky to have so many people that love and care for him.
He is doing really well with sleeping at night--sleeping for 5 hours almost every night now and goes right back to sleep after a little snack. During the day, however, it is a different story! There are days he naps like a champ, and other days he only cat naps....ask Aunt Carolyn! When I came home today at 2 to feed Asher she was still (happily) in her PJs and several times during her stay noted why it is so important to have kids young! She was great with him....preparing for her own grandkids someday!!
Asher is doing better with the Rice Cereal now and it is helping to keep him full longer. We will probably try veggies next week when my mom is here.
Well, he is ready to eat and go to bed now, so I best get going!
